Signe is the Head of Public Affairs and Communications at Aldersgate Group, responsible for its public affairs work, including leading on its work on the Environment Bill and supporting the team’s policy work on net zero emissions and preparations for the COP26 climate summit.
Signe has extensive experience of both the public sector and the private sector. Prior to joining Aldersgate Group, she worked at Southwark Council, leading on the local authority’s public affairs work related to environment, public health, housing and homelessness. Before that, she worked at Weber Shandwick, a global public relations firms, working with clients ranging from food and drink and transport to social impact and healthcare.
Signe holds a Political Communications MSc (Distinction) and a Politics MA (First Class Honours) from the University of Glasgow, where she focused both of her degrees on the impact of digital technologies on political campaigning, advocacy and activism.
